• Part 1 includes parts for flute, clarinet, trumpet, or alto sax (Range Bb – Eb, 11th) Includes the iconic opening riff, which is the most challenging part of the piece. Works well for alto sax or flute soloist. The rest of this part lies between Bb and F (5th)
• Part 2 includes parts for clarinet, trumpet, or alto sax (Range Ab – G , 7th)
• Part 3 includes parts for tenor sax, trombone or baritone (Range F – Bb, 4th)
• Part 4 is a part for guitar.
• Part 5 is a bass part with optional parts for bass clarinet, bari sax, or tuba
• An optional piano part may be used to cover the guitar and bass parts as needed.
